This Privacy Policy establishes the terms under which, in the event that we collect or you provide us with personal data during the use of the Software Updater (hereinafter “Software”) supplied by SILICOM INTERNET, S.L. (hereinafter, “SILICOM”), a Spanish company with registered address in c/ Jucar, 9 - Puerta 9; 28670 - (Villaviciosa de Odón Madrid, Spain) holder of the Spanish Tax Identification number B-83822601, guarantees you its compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter the “LOPD”) and its implementing regulations.
You must read this Privacy Policy and, if it is required, give us your consent so that we can process your data.

COLLECTION OF DATA

Through the download of the Software, SILICOM can collect different types of personal data, that is, certain information that due to its characteristics will allow us to identify you and which is added to the file that we have duly registered before the General Data Protection Registry.
We store the personal data that you supply us with when you download the Software. We would ask that any personal data that you send us are true, complete, and accurate and that they are always up-to-date. SILICOM also hereby informs you that non-acceptation of the personal data requested during the downloading of the Software may prevent us from managing your service.
Finally, we would like to remind you that in order to use our services, you must be at least 14 years of age and you may only use our services if you are of legal age. That is why SILICOM reserves the right to ask you for a photocopy of your National I.D. SILICOM processes your personal data in order to identify you as a customer, give you access to the Software and supply you with all the facilities for the provision of the services that we offer.
We may also use your data to keep you informed about new SILICOM products and services, to send you advertising or commercial information of our services and/or products, as well as regarding special offers, promotions, activities etc. that we think may interest you. At SILICOM we will be able to obtain profiles and segment our users based on the information that you have decided to supply us with, in order to personalize your relationship with SILICOM and improve your experience with the Software. By accepting this Privacy Policy you give your consent and authorize us to carry out the processing of your personal data for the aforementioned purposes.

COOKIES AND IPs

You agree to cookies, IP tracking and the Windows Registry as storages devices. The Software may use cookies, IP trackers and the Windows Registry that collect data for statistical purposes, including: date of first visit, number of visits, date of last visit, URL and domain, operating system, browser, screen resolution, information about the searches that you have done using The Software, information about the programs that you have installed including, the name of the program, the date of each installation and your country. You are also free to de-activate and/or eliminate cookies by following the instructions given by your Internet browser. Advertising within the Software may include a system that uses cookies to display advertising that relates to the pages viewed by you, in order to manage and publish advertisements.
SILICOM can analyze these data summarized, not in manner that could identify you as individual person.
The Software may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how customer use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. RIGHTS OF USERS

As customer, you are entitled to access your personal data so that we can inform you how we process them and for what purposes, to notify us that we should rectify your personal data, object to us using your data for a specific activity or request that we cancel your data if you no longer wish SILICOM to process them.
